Hello Content Runner writers,

It’s officially been three months (and some odd days) since the launch of ContentRunner.com, and we can’t thank you enough for your contributions!

The Content Runner team here is still dealing with the trials and tribulations of launching a new site—with bumps in the road that reach everything from payroll, to article review time, to site issues—and you all have been incredibly patient throughout the entire process. We are always looking for ways to make the user experience easier, which is why we’re happy to announce our new direct deposit option and the launch of our help section.

Beginning next week, Content Runner will be transitioning away from PayPal and instead will be using direct deposit to issue payment. This process will initially be run as a trial with a small group of writers (you will be notified if you are a participant in this group), and shortly after will launch for all U.S.-based writers. Direct deposit will only be an option for U.S.-based writers at this time. Writers who reach a minimum threshold of $30 in completed orders during each week will be paid on a weekly basis, otherwise payment will be deposited every 2 weeks. By launch date, users will have the option to add bank account information in their Dashboard in order to set up direct deposit. If you have questions or concerns, please contact support@contentrunner.com.

Content Runner is also launching a Help file to guide writers through the site, and answer some of the most commonly-encountered questions. A “Help” option will be available on every page to offer users more insight into the writing process. A separate newsletter will detail how to find this information.

Once again, we’d like to thank you all for your continued efforts. If you have questions about any of this information, please contact support@contentrunner.com. As always, we encourage your feedback!
